Do you suffer from Asthma?

Asthma is a common condition that affects the airways and can cause symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath and chest tightness.

While asthma can often be managed effectively, having the right support and an up-to-date management plan is essential to help reduce the risk of flare-ups and ensure you know what to do if symptoms worsen.

Do you have an Asthma Action Plan in place in case of emergency?

An Asthma Action Plan is an important part of managing your condition. It provides clear instructions on how to recognise changes in your symptoms, which medications to take, and when to seek medical attention.

We recommend reviewing your Action Plan at least twice a year, or sooner if your symptoms change, your medication has been adjusted, or you have experienced an asthma attack.

Our experienced doctors can prepare your action plan with you, to ensure that you understand that plan and what to do in each situation.

The team can also show you the correct techniques for using a puffer and or a spacer if you are unsure.
